Invest In Support and Maintenance

The subscriber is entitled to technical support, software patches, and version upgrades at no additional cost for 30 days from acquiring a subscription. NetLearningSpace continues to strive to meet customer demands in all of our products and services offerings.

Make the most of your NetLearningSpace subscription by taking advantage of our Support and Maintenance Package (SMP) - the cost-effective route to software support and upgrade protection. Purchased in conjunction with your product subscription, SMP is designed to ensure that your software is kept current, supported, convenient and up to date.

The cost of a one-year SMP plan is renewable annually. You may only buy this package at the time of your software subscription or renewal - it cannot be added to a previously subscribed product until the renewal date.

The licensed organization must provide technical support to its users, and may, in turn, obtain technical support from NetLearningSpace through a designated single point of contact. Technical support only covers issues or questions resulting directly from the operation of the software, server and performance technical issues.

Priority Technical Support is provided via a Web-based support form. NetLearningSpace will respond within the specified business days during Canadian business hours (MO-FR, 9am PST - 6pm PST, Canadian holidays excluded). NetLearningSpace does not offer technical support by phone or direct e-mail.

Version Upgrades

.

You will receive all maintenance releases and major software version upgrades that are released during your Support Period. Updates that you receive cover the specific product that you have subscribed to and typically include additional features.

Maintenance

.

During the Support Period you may also report any software problem or error to NetLearningSpace using the same support process described above. If NetLearningSpace determines that a reported reproducible material error in the software exists and significantly impairs the usability and utility of the software, NetLearningSpace agrees to use reasonable commercial efforts to correct or provide a usable work-around solution in an upcoming maintenance release or update, which is made available at certain times at NetLearningSpace's sole discretion.
